La Society of Telecommunications Consultants a été créée aux Etats Unis en 1976. Il s'agit d'une association internationale de professionnels indépendants de haut niveau, spécialistes des réseaux et télécommunications. Ses membres couvrent aussi bien l'entreprise commerciale que l'industrie, les collectivités territoriales et autres secteurs gouvernementaux.
Les consultants intéressés par l'association pourront rencontrer ses responsables pour le lancement de la STC Europe. Organisée conjointement avec la Col.legi Oficial de Enginyers Tècnics de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya, (COETTC), la conférence de lancement se tiendra
